Martin Brown of Seattle seems to have the right idea in designing this particular tiny home, however. First and foremost, it’s designed with a single person in mind. Cleverly outfitted, the 140 square foot converted garage actually manages to provide enough living space. Since it’s next to the main house and is meant to be a cozy, private space for Grandma, we can also assume that she has access to the main house. The kitchen is adorable, and even uses pieces from the original, antique garage. The clever use of dish draining and storage saves time, effort, and space. The upstairs has a large, comfy bed and space for books. The overall feel of the cottage is warm, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Clever comfort and privacy are the primary features. Take a look and see what you think of this charming home!
